Bookings open 60 days in advance and close 2.5 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to availability. Sessions are released progressively throughout the day based on their departure time. For example, a 10:00 am session becomes available to book at 10:00 am, 60 days earlier.Book online by selecting your preferred experience, date and time, then follow the prompts to complete your booking. For private 3-hour sauna charters, please email us with your requirements at admin@kuuma.com.au.
Communal sessions are shared with other guests.To make a regular session private, book every available place in that session. Capacity varies between experiences, so please check the experience page before booking.For a longer, fully tailored experience, you can also request a 3hr private charter.
Kuuma has a strict maximum capacity of 8 passengers for all services, as set by our vessel certification. This limit includes all guests on board; whether they are in the sauna or not.
Select your preferred experience, date and time, then book every available place in that session.If some places have already been booked, that session cannot be made private. Please choose another available session or contact us for assistance.
We welcome you to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. Please note that glassware is not permitted for safety reasons, and we kindly ask that you take your rubbish with you at the end of your experience. If you're interested in grazing platters, we recommend checking out some delightful options from Bille & Brie or The Grazing Table. Use code KUUMA10 for a discount when ordering from The Grazing Table!If you have booked a 90-minute private sauna session, you are welcome to bring along a small platter to enjoy; just keep in mind that between the heat, dips and rooftop lounging, the time tends to fly, so you may not find much of a moment to graze.

We welcome guests of all abilities and do our best to make the Kuuma experiences as inclusive as possible. However, please note that our sauna is located on a floating vessel, which may present challenges for those with limited mobility. If you or someone in your group has specific access needs, or would like assistance making a booking, please email us at admin@kuuma.com.au before your visit. We will do our best to assist and can arrange a phone call if required.
We do not operate a formal waitlist system. However, you are welcome to send us an email, and if a cancellation occurs with reasonable notice, we will contact you. Please note that cancellations are very rare.A reminder that all guests are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session time to allow for the mandatory briefing process.
