About the role

We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and friendly Sauna Master to join Kuuma for our 22-day pop-up event. This is your chance to help guests sweat, plunge, and relax in a safe, welcoming, and memorable sauna experience.

What we’re looking for

​

• Experience in one or more of hospitality, wellness, or customer service.

• Knowledge of saunas: temperature control, safety, and wellness benefits.

• A friendly, approachable vibe; you enjoy making people feel welcome.

• Someone who keeps things clean, organised, and inviting.

• Happy to answer questions about sauna rituals and share the Kuuma experience.

What you will do

​

• Run the sauna: Ensure sessions are safe, smooth, and full of good vibes.

• Welcome guests: Be the friendly face that makes people feel comfortable.

• Maintain the space: Keep the sauna and associated areas (e.g., changing area) in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the day.

• Communicate: Flag any issues or feedback to the proprietor.

• Knowledge of sauna operation.

• First aid or emergency response skills.
